General Use & Cleaning
- The hot tub is serviced after every guest visit. If excessive cleaning is required, a $25.00 fee will be charged.
- This is a hot tub, NOT a pool. Overuse will affect water quality.
- If the hot tub must be drained and refilled during your stay due to overuse, a $50.00 fee will apply.
Safety Rules
- No diving, jumping, or horseplay in the hot tub.
- No underwater swimming (hair can get caught in drains and cause serious injury).
- Children under 14 are not permitted to use the hot tub unless accompanied and supervised by a legal guardian.
- Only registered guests may use the hot tub.
- Use caution when entering and exiting—surfaces may be slippery when wet.
Cleanliness Requirements
- Please ensure your skin is free of:
- perfumes
- body oils
- lotions
👉 Showering before use is required.
- Do NOT add:
- soaps
- bubble bath
- chemicals
These will clog filters and may require draining/refilling.
👉 A minimum $100 fee will be charged if contaminants are added.
Prohibited Items
- No pets allowed in the hot tub
- A $100 fee will apply if violated
- Do NOT bring into the hot tub:
- toys
- candles
- washcloths
- shoes
- cut-off clothing
👉 These items can damage filters and equipment.
Glass & Electrical Safety
- No glass containers or food allowed in the hot tub
- No electrical appliances near the hot tub
Hot Tub Cover Rules
- Do NOT remove the filter cover under any circumstances
- Do NOT stand or sit on the cover
- Replacement cost: $400.00
- The hot tub must be:
- covered
- gate closed/locked

- Use of the hot tub is at your own risk
- Guests accept responsibility for any injury or incident during use
Final Reminder
Please take care when entering and exiting the hot tub. Wet areas can be slippery, and guests assume responsibility for safe use.
