Cancellation Policy
Cancellations processed 7 days or more prior to arrival will result in a $25.00 cancellation fee.
- Reservation Fee is not part of the $25 cancellation fee, as that is non-refundable. The charge is the software charge of making a reservation.
Cancellations processed less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged:
- 1-night site rental on Regular Rate Periods for each site/cabin/cottage/golf cart reserved
- 2-nights site rental on Special Time Periods for each site/cabin/cottage/golf cart reserved
- 3 or 4-nights on Holiday Time Periods for each site/cabin/cottage/golf cart reserved
- If you are within the 7 days of arrival and decide you want to change your dates to a different time frame you would incur a $25 move fee. Please note that if you then decided to cancel those dates that were moved, you would then incur the original cancellation fee as per above and loose 1-3 nights based on your original booking period, in addition to the $25 move fee.
Reservation Policy
- A 2-night minimum is required for all reservations. Walk-Ins are always welcome and can stay for one night, if space is available.
- All reservations require payment in full at the time the reservation is made.
- Holiday Time Periods have a 3 or 4-night minimum stay.
- Special Time Periods consist of Harborfest (3rd Thursday + weekend in June), Blueberry Festival (2nd weekend in August) and Halloween (September/October) are charged holiday rates.
- Reservation made within the 7 days of arrival will require a non-refundable deposit.
- A Reservation fee is assessed on each site/lodging that is reserved. This fee is assessed by the software company, therefore non-refundable.
*No refunds on early departures. **If cancelling reservation, please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable. ***If you locked in your reservation and then decide to cancel, that fee is non-refundable.
No Show Policy
All reservations will be held until 9:00 AM on the morning following your scheduled arrival. If you do not arrive and have not cancelled your reservation, you will lose all monies associated with your reservation and your reservation will then be cancelled.
